a) Data you give us — Contact form
When you fill in the contact form, we collect the information you enter yourself: name, email, phone (if you provide one) and your message. This information is forwarded to the business's contact email, solely so we can reply to your enquiry.
The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA (v3), a Google service that helps us tell real visitors apart from automated (spam) submissions. reCAPTCHA processes technical data from your browser (not the content of your message) under its own privacy policy.
b) Data collected automatically — Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, a Google traffic-analytics service. It helps us understand how many visitors come to the site, from which pages, and how they use it — not who you are personally.
Google Analytics only loads if you accept it in the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you don't click "Accept", no analytics script loads and no such cookies are set.

- Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Analytics 4, Google reCAPTCHA (may transfer data outside the EU under Google's Standard Contractual Clauses).
- Our website hosting provider, only for technical server logs necessary for the site's secure operation.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.
6. Data retention
- Contact form messages: kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you request earlier deletion.
- Google Analytics data: per GA4's retention settings (default 14 months).
